Produced in spring, with a fine and delicate aroma, wildflower honey is the sum of many honeys, as there are combinations of the blooms from which the bees draw. In this way the millefiori honey is an authentic representation of the collection area, preserving its smells, colors and flavors.
Wildflower honey can be used for breakfast as a sweetener for coffee and tea, or to sweeten yogurt or it can also be used as a spreadable cream for biscuits and rusks.
